Tod Mountain Thoroughbreds is owned and operated by Ron and Rae Fawcett . The couple established the farm in 1991 and have developed one of the province's top breeding facilities, selling yearlings in Ontario, Kentucky, Washington and B.C.
Ron was a director of the B.C. Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society board for ten years (was Vice-President for the last three years) and served on the national CTHS board for six years (two as national President). Rae brings 40 years of experience in foaling and raising yearlings to race and market and has served for eight years on several Provincial Agricultural Boards representing the horse industry. The Tod Mountain Team includes Barry Field (18 years on the farm), Jamie Demetrick and Allison Covert (each with a lifetime of experience). |
